Common Issues & Solutions

Webhooks not working

If webhooks are not active, try the following:

  • Click "Register Webhooks Now" in your dashboard
  • Ensure your webhook URL is accessible from the internet (not localhost)
  • Check that your Pipedrive account has proper permissions

Data not syncing

If data is not syncing between Pipedrive and Subscription Flow:

  • Verify both Pipedrive and Subscription Flow are connected
  • Check that webhooks are registered and active
  • Ensure your Subscription Flow credentials are correct
  • Review error logs in your dashboard

Authentication errors

If you're experiencing authentication issues:

  • Disconnect and reconnect your Pipedrive account
  • Disconnect and reconnect your Subscription Flow account
  • Verify your OAuth credentials are correct
  • Clear your browser cookies and try again

Getting Started

New to Pipedrive Sync? Follow these steps:

  1. Connect your Pipedrive account using OAuth 2.0
  2. Connect your Subscription Flow account with your credentials
  3. Webhooks will be automatically registered for real-time sync
  4. Create an organization or person in Pipedrive to test the sync
  5. Verify the data appears in your Subscription Flow account
